The Power Transformer Terminal Safety Cover is a specialized power line hardware designed for critical hardware component for overhead power line construction, ensuring reliable mechanical and electrical performance. This product is made of silicone rubber, heat-shrinkable material and anti-aging high-molecular insulation material. It can effectively prevent various types of exposed joints, due to various factors (wet flashover, pollution flashover, salt fog chemical gas corrosion, human contact, small animals or debris bridging, etc.) causing phase-to-phase short circuit or ground fault resulting in power outage, damage to power equipment and electric shock accidents. Thereby ensuring safe operation of power equipment. This product has reasonable design, safe and reliable, easy to use. And passed Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute test qualification, its performance meets the requirements of national standard GB12168-90 “Shroud for Live Working”.

- Secondary components: hot-dip galvanized finish
- Surface treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with ISO 1461 / ASTM A153 / IEC 61589, minimum zinc coating thickness 65 μm
